Its started to rain again, joy!

A full inventory of anything is a shitty place to start. This is especially true for a lawyer. What do you do when you dislike intensely what you do and the people you surround yourself with?

I'd like to find a script.

Would you like to be cremated or is that too much of an after life risk, ending up as one of Hayao Miyazaki's sooties in the after life.

How do you have sex with a picnic table??Its on Leno, must be true!

Its astounding how an outstanding advertisement can go so woefully wrong if its used for the wrong product. Please see the new Frankfinn advert and make up your own minds, unless already prejudiced by my remark.

For chipper

I wish I had chosen a team that was not Bangalore. My children and their children are destined to be like fans of West Bromwich Albion or the Chicago Cubs..oh well, they could be born with tails.

Where is your God?

What justification do your religions provide for a God who kills thousands of people? His wisdom is unquestioned, beyond our understanding is a cop-out that I have neither the time nor the patience with.
I'll ride down the "sin" river with you and merely for the sake of argument agree to the notion that grown men and women might have "sins" which warrant "infinite justice" but how do you justify the death of those who have barely began to live. Babies, both born and unborn. The eastern philosophical idea of Karma just doesn't cut it. Somehow in death all does not go back to zero and an innocent must suffer the consequences of my actions in another time, in another place, little knowing the reason for the persecution.

I feel we are at a stage in human thought and understanding where we have outgrown the idea of "God" as is generally understood under most organised religion. Humans have learnt to forgive in their finite wisdom what the Gods in their infinite never could.

I'm not religious, I never have been. What I want to ask you now is, why are you?

For those who've gone before

Estranged family and long forgotten friends are always difficult to talk to. Neither form a credible part of your life anymore, yet they have each played a part in shaping your past. A portion of my being called a coolie and thrown off a train is to their credit and here we exist in a world pretending it never happened, or that it was all well meaning tom-foolery (wonder where that phrase comes from).
